SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA

At Swaaya, we ship to all pin codes across India. To ensure your orders are handled with care and delivered promptly, we have partnered with trusted logistics providers.

ORDER DISPATCH

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with the tracking details. In case of delays, we will inform you promptly with updates regarding the revised timeline.

 

ORDER TRACKING

After dispatch, you will receive an email containing the tracking URL and AWB number. You can use this information to track your order in real time.

 

ORDER DELIVERY

For Deliveries within India:

  • Shipments typically take 2-3 days to arrive in metro cities and 5-7 days in non-metro areas after dispatch.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues. Please track your order using the details shared in your email.

 

For International Deliveries:

  • Packages are processed through multiple checkpoints for safe delivery and typically arrive within 15 days from the order date.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Within India:

  • Free Shipping: All orders above INR 499/- will have free shipping. 
  • Prepaid Orders: Shipping charges of Rs. 50/- and free shipping above Rs. 499/-.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A shipping and cash-handling fee of ₹99 applies and free shipping above Rs. 499/-.

For International Orders:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and added at checkout.
  • All orders are shipped subject to additional duties and taxes if any.

Important:
Product prices and shipping charges on our website do not include import duties, customs fees, or local sales taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled to ensure delivery. If import duties remain unpaid, the order may be returned to us or held at customs. In such cases, shipping charges will not be refunded, and return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
